Luggage storage?
Unfortunately we cannot store your luggage before check-in or after check-out. However, you can use
the luggage lockers at the “Main Station (Hbf)”, which is a 9-minute walk, or 1 station with the tram “O”.

For longer parking we recommend the following parking garage:

Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation free of charge up to “3 days” before the start of your booking.
How do I get to the apartment from the airport or train stations?

Train (15min): take the train to “Main Station (Hbf)” ® 9-minute walk or get on the tram “O” in the direction of “Raxstr./Rudolfshügelgasse” and get o at “Wien Columbusplatz:” (1 station) and walk 3 minutes.

Which app for public transport?
For public transport in Vienna, the recommended app is “WienMobil”. It provides real-time information, route planning, ticket purchasing options, and details for all public transport within Vienna, including buses, trams, and the U-Bahn (subway).

Are towels provided?
Yes, each guest is provided with two towels.
Is there a minimum age restriction?
Yes, please understand that the minimum age is “18” years. Younger guests must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
How do I check-in?
Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a code that will allow you to check in yourself from 15:00 on the day of your arrival. Simply use this code to access your apartment at your convenience.
Is WiFi available in the apartment?
Yes, stream your favorite shows and movies or get work done without interruption!
Is coffee or tea provided?
Yes, coffee and tea are available for free in the apartment.
What are my payment options?




Can I wash my clothes in the apartment?
Yes, every apartment is equipped with a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
